What a gem of a spot, local crafts and art.... And more importantly KILLER BBQ! The brisket was the best I've had outside of Texas. Finished off with a huckleberry coffee cake. In the area for a few weeks, will definitely be back!

Deciding on BBQ for my birthday dinner was the best thing I did today. I was so pleasantly surprised by how good the food at Goebel's Country Market is...ok, not good, pretty great. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich with a side of the seasoned green beans and a banana pudding. All my food was so tasty, so fresh, and simply delicious. I jokingly said that I hoped I wasn't disappointed because being from Texas, I know a bit about Texas BBQ. And the lady I was talking to, one of the owners, said she was from Texas as well. The staff was super great and friendly. Will definitely be back of I am ever back in Shady Cove.

Goebel's is definitely worth the drive to Shady Cove!! The BBQ is the best in the Rogue Valley, and they always have different specials along with their staple items to keep you coming back. They also have a cool little store full of all kinds of unique items. Very friendly folks who appreciate their customers.

Stumbled across here during the crater lake water outage. Mind blowingly good bbq. Heard from the owner they brought wood from Texas to recreate their childhood taste. The owner was also really nice people, very welcoming and helped us with ordering.

Drove from Crater Lake to Medford and saw this store. We ordered two 1/2 lb brisket sandwiches and a brisket taco. We added some beans and green bean sides. Somehow we also got two chocolate cookies and a banana pudding. From the flavorful, moist brisket and the sides to the fresh, delicious cookies to the cool, fruity pudding, it was all excellent. Both the gentleman taking our orders and the lady bringing our food were very friendly.

Had the Lil' Sissy. Best BBQ for the Rogue Valley. There is outdoor and indoor seating, but it's warm with no AC, so plan accordingly. There is a little shop that has chotchkes and other items for sale.
