I have used this location for personal & work. They have always been super helpful and the food quality is excellent. You can tell the people who run this location care work very hard to give customers a good experience.

Tasty food at an affordable price, and the people who work here are great!

20 minute wait for a quesadilla that was ordered 20 minutes prior for pickup....so 40 minutes to put some cheese in tortilla and heat it up. I was the only person there. Never again.

I went in on my lunch break around 4:30 pm today and ordered some chips and queso and some street corn, the woman working told me they only had large chips and queso so I said I’ll pass I can’t eat that much then after I ask her to remove it she tells me there’s a smaller size called pronto queso and I said that what I had been asking for the smaller size and that would be perfect! I tipped her $2 on the $10 order got my food and left, got back to my work to find she had given me ICE COLD NEVER HEATED OR COOKED STREET CORN! I literally couldn’t believe this, I will NEVER go back to this location! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Baja Fresh and this has left such a bad taste in my mouth I don’t know if or when I will ever go back to one… someone needs to seriously talk to this woman about her attitude, I’ve never been given completely uncooked food before and I’m still in shock. I was incredibly kind despite the initial misunderstanding and even tipped well on a to-go order. I will not be back.

I've been to several Baja Fresh locations and most of them prepared exactly what I ask for and they rarely fail to serve reasonable proportions. I usually order the Baja steak burrito with Shrimp, pico de gallo, guacamole, no cheese.

This particular location in Sherwood only added 2 pieces of shrimp and the rest was half Pico de gallo, half beef with a hint of guacamole. I felt completely ripped off after paying $13.00 for the burrito and $3.00 for a medium drink. I even tipped them an extra $2.00.

So for one burrito that had way too much pico de gallo that burned my stomach, not enough shrimp and guacamole and a drink, I paid $18.00!!!

Price gouging and skimping on decent proportions substituted with cheaper ingredients just for them to save a dollar at this location is unacceptable!

This Baja Fresh is one of our top choices for a quick and delicious meal, especially when hosting friends. Their family pack is perfect for sharing and lets us spend more time socializing instead of cooking. The variety of flavorful sauces are a treat. The freshness of the ingredients really stands out, and everyone in our group always finds something they love. The service is consistently friendly, and the portions are generous.
