When I went in it wasn't super busy and only two people were ordering and choosing options. I observed them tell the guy in back they needed chicken. He was chatting with someone else. I saw him swipe his nose then wipe his hand on his shirt... then he proceeded over to grab seasonings and put them on veggies being cooked while turning them.
