Second time in a row I ordered a sandwich, paid for it. The first time took one hour to get the sandwich. Had not order for months because of that. So today, May 7th 2025. I ordered a sandwich. So I am thinking since I ordered it at 9:58. Took my information and card info too. My lunch being @11:30 am. It should be here by my lunch. Nope. So I call. Like anybody would. It did not get ordered. But I ordered it. We'll it didn't go through. Not because of me or my card or info. But because they failed again to deliver a sandwich in an hours worth of time. So I am writing to say. Go somewhere else. I most definitely will. Jersey Mike's. So wrong.

Terrible, Terrible service. Yes, it was a Saturday and a very busy lunch hour. I placed my order online as I was leaving Walmart. I walked in (about 7 minutes after my order was placed) and saw there weren't any orders laying around. One gal asked if I had been helped and I told her I had an online order. That was about 10 minutes after my order was placed. She said there were a few orders ahead of mine and wasn't sure on timing. Okay cool, no problem. I go back out and wait in my car for another 10 minutes.. come back in, still nothing. I've seen more people order and everyone who was in there the first time I was in there, is gone. I ask again how much longer. They say I'm up next. Now I'm seeing all the people who just ordered get their sandwhiches.. 40 minutes have passed at this point and I'm furious. I demanded a refund and walked out. This is the worst service I've ever had at this location and nothing can justify the time I wasted and my sandwiches still not being done.

I had placed an order during rush and some parts of it were missed. The store went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected. Genuinely the best service I’ve received from a restaurant in a long time. I appreciate Thomas greatly, thank you.

Got off work at five At 5:25 the store was closed. Hours are clearly posted at 10:30 to 9 PM. Went to Jersey Mike's instead and they were faster than the last five times I have been in Jimmy John's.

It’s 2024 and there is no baby changing station in the bathroom. The young people that work there are excellent and the food was good.
