Horrible experience. The employees were rude and condescending. The food was not that great and very expensive. I will never visit again. Do not waste your money.
They made a serious mistake that could have killed or seriously injured my daughter. They put the rock wall harness on backwards so when my daughter came down from the wall she was upside down and landed on her head. A manager could not he located by my husband or the employee trying to call for one. They did respond same day to my online comment card and said the worker was terminated
We will not bring our family here anymore. I asked for a manager yesterday regarding employees using foul language in the arcade, and Parker the manager said we were lying and it never happened! What?
