pros- best beef pho in the pacific northwest. subjective, sure. frankly, the noodles are almost always undercooked, but the portion is perfect, and its easily the best broth from any american vietnamese restaurant ive been to, and ive eaten a lot of pho, at lot of different places from numerous corners of the world. the brisket and lean steak are mid, but definitely beef, and beef is delicious in general. no complaints. the meatballs are magical tho. i dont even want to know whats...read full review
Everything was so good the lady I front was so nice and helpful we will be coming back for sure.
I was a dollar short to pay for my order and they didn't even hesitate to say not a problem
