Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Tonight I was in your establishment with my son and our bill was $7.77. I tapped my phone to pay and tapped the button on the screen that said continue. I got a notification on my phone that my receipt was $8.94. I asked the cashier why did I get charged $8.94 when the total was $7.77. He said the register automatically charges a 15% gratuity. Are you kidding me? This is seriously so shady! I served myself frozen yogurt. Why would you automatically add a 15% tip on top of that? This is so disappointing and I hope your process changes!

the green apple flavor completely assaulted my senses. it was genuinely terrible. it did infact taste like green apple but I did NOTTT enjoy it. also the brownies were made out of hydrated cement I nearly broke a tooth. otherwise very tasty!🙂‍↕️🙏

I was pumped when this places opened close to home a few years ago but it’s now a filthy mess; looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned since it opened. Half the time the girls working there are so busy socializing with their friends or standing around that basic things aren’t stocked. Can they really not find some decent staff in the whole Sherwood area to work here? No employee reviews? No fear of being fired?

The girls that were working were on their phones not paying attention to customers at all. One was sitting on the counter on her phone while people were trying to pay. All the tables were to dirty to sit at and the floor was also extremely dirty. Bad customer service.

Long line, most frozen yogurt out. Dirty floors. Yuck. So disappointed.

This place used to be good ... nice and clean. Now it's filthy. Floors, machines, counters, all dirty ... and it's been an ongoing problem. The employees are either doing homework, reading, on their phones, or socializing. If the owner is having an issue with management and staff, then get new staff, and clean it yourself in the meantime. We won't be returning for awhile. :(

This place is filthy. I am forever unclean after using the bathroom here. Every part of this place has a layer of dirt and grime that is visible.

I went in for my favorite. Gal with red hair could care less to help me. I had a few cups to go. Never offered me a bag. She never said a single word to me not even how much it was. She failed to ask me for my rewards number. I spent $50 there. Never said thank you. She was more interested in going out to play with a friends dog. I don’t know why this store keeps employees like this. And please whoever is going to respond to this review, don’t tell me to make it a better day or make it a good one.

I recently found this menchiesAnd proceeded to try them for the first timeAnd I’ve thoroughly enjoyed everything about the experience ever since.I visit this menchies weekly nowAnd every time I’ve been to this establishment one employee in particular named Cora( I believe she’s the manger, if not she should be) has been so friendly professional and genuinely engaged in her profession that it quickly became the highlight of my visit to my local menchies!

One of my favorite places to get FroYo nearby. I come here when wanting a healthier sweet treat, and I was looking forward to today (March 11th, 5pm) all week since today is my birthday. The cashier was on her phone the whole time, and upon asking if they still had a certain topping available, all I got from the cashier (red haired girl, not wearing a name tag) was a point in a direction with tons of attitude. I didn’t see the topping where she was pointing and clarified the certain topping I was looking for. She then gave even more attitude and pointed again, not saying one word. It was my husband who kindly pointed it out to me with his words. We finished filling our cups and when checking out she was very cold, and gave attitude again when we asked if they have any discounts for birthdays. She then continued to stay on her phone the whole time we were finishing our FroYo. It’s very unfortunate because I really love this place and have been many times, but seems that this person could use some more training on customer service.

I came here to grab an order with a friend at 7:40 pm on Sunday October 29th. My friend walked in to grabbed it and 2 teenage girls gave him a nasty looks. (Backstory he black) they gave him a nasty look walking in, getting the order and while he was walking back to the car. I was in the car waiting and watched the whole thing. I'm ngl, I gave them some nasty looks back. We didn't get their names but I know they were both white girls, one had blonde hair and one had black. I know I for one will not ever come here again nor tell my friends to go here when you have employees judging someone for the way they look.

There's vegan options !!

Had came here 2 days ago with my sister and we had both gotten cups of yogurt and the total came out to 24.90 something? That is an absolutely bonkers price for a small cup of frozen yogurt. Will be saving my time and not coming here anytime soon
