Decent roxys experience, but smaller portions than other locations I've been to.

Food was excellent, this is NOT! Fast food.

Food has been amazing for over 20yrs. Ive eaten more roxies then the pl that work there. I was super disappointed to see how small the portions are. Ive eaten at both new and old beaverton locations. Oak Grove. Tualatin, Wilsonville, 82nd and this was by far the smallest portion I've ever seen. The amount of chicken I got was maybe 4 pcs. Was so excited to eat roxies and when I got home, I was disappointed. Just thought the owners should know.

While the food and service is great as usual they've unfortunately reduced their meat serving with a newer and more restricting to-go container, while simultaneously maintaining/raising the price of their dishes.

3 months ago I was able to get the Shoyu chicken for $13.80 and the entire bottom half of the to-go container was full of chicken. Now the Shoyu chicken is $14.40 and the chicken amount I received is what you see in my photo. This is probably at least 25% less chicken for a higher price in only 3 months.

Food is good, but too bad they have the worst customer service. I've been here several times and every time the employees are rude!!! After today, I will NEVER GO BACK!!!

I got the Katsu Moco. I ordered double rice, egg to be sunny side up, and after verifying my receipt, everything was inputted correctly. When I received my order though there was not double rice and instead there was Mac salad. The sunny side up egg was overcooked and not runny whatsoever. It is nice that they offer the double Katsu option but with getting only one scoop of rice, one of us did go without making the dinner very lacking for the other the spam musubi was delicious. The Katsu chicken was not overcooked and did have the correct gravy sauce. We will definitely return and give them another try.

Food is always solid, and customer service is great- BUT, almost every time I’ve ordered chicken katsu, they forget the sauce.. so you’re left with dry fried chicken.

As ALWAYS the food is amazing, cooked to perfection! The younger dude working at the counter was super cool but the lady not so much.. No greeting when I came in, not even a forced smile. She looked right at me then looked away. It was definitely off putting. The Tualatin location will be my go to from now on.

Both Sherwood and Newberg constantly get our orders wrong. Terrible service. We will absolutely not be patronizing Roxy’s Island Grill ever again.

I love there Hawaiian grilled Chicken 🐔 are so moisture and so good flavor 😋 aalso they have wonderful cookers and great costmer service 😀 I'm highly recommend to get really Hawaiian meals at Roxy's in Milwaukie👍. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
