Roxy's Island Grill - Sherwood

Good food. Small shop casual eating place.

It's ok Hawaiian food. I don't think I've had anything here I didn't like, and I've had most of the menu. I will say it can take a bit longer to get your food than you might otherwise expect. They have a sign there telling you that it's not fast food, and it's accurate to how fast you can expect your food.

As a side note, though, most of this kind of Hawaiian food was intended to be fast food. It's scooped Mac salad and rice, pulled pork, grill fried noodles and rice. This is all stuff that can be prepared ahead of time, and then served cold, or from a stream tray, or fried up quick short-order style.

I generally like the place, but their staff seems a bit less friendly than other places.

They have pretty decent spam musubi, and the galbi is really pretty good. They even have Japanese style veggie quick dishes, but they aren't as quick as you might expect either.

All in all, if you're in the mood for Hawaiian, it's available, and pretty good. I recommend.

Amazing food with great portions. Absolutely loved the teriyaki chicken and beef! Awesome mac salad too!

A very positive feeling when I walked in was greeted immediately by a very cheerful and gleeful person that was very welcoming and kind-hearted did not hesitate to give patients when entering the restaurant it is my second time coming here so I was looking at the menu and needed some time which was given and I really appreciated that because customer service and restaurant and fast food industries are really really horrible but this one was spot on No need to wait either even though it is lunch time and there is a lot of people in there Plus she said my order was only going to take about 10 minutes during lunch rush so highly recommend Roxy's Island grill continuing the island tradition and everybody seems to be really happy when they come here really polite and I'm talking about the customers I'm sitting outside by the way they have a little outside dining area and everybody's really polite 🤟🏾✨🫶🏾🤓🤙🏾 🌺 🏄🏾🗾🏝️🗿🏝️🌴🥭🥩🥣🥢🥦🥡🥥🥧🍘🍚🍛🍜🌯🌮🍔🍧🧑🏾‍🍳

Food is so good, I love chicken Katsu and Rib but you have to repeat your order when you call, some time I said 2 they made 1 and I have to wait more time in store

I've been through 4-5 Roxy locations (Sherwood) was not the only time that I've been in your establishment. Out of ALL the Roxy's that I've been too, the portions were plenty more than what your people gave me today. Usually, I get full and not finish up my plate but, this time I finished my plate and I was NOT full.

You know, coming from Hawaii this should not happen. Born and raised in Hawaii and I should know what I'm paying is well worth the money. Your portions are is so small that I was frustrated and did not enjoy my food. This is probably the last time I will be going to your store. You should be ashamed of yourself running this kind of establishment. I’ve seen customers behind me that had bigger portions than I did. I was so disgusted with the presentation and temperature of my food. I had to write this review so all the locals from Hawaii can see what they looking at.

Took pictures before I ate my food and I have receipt that proves that I was there today (Sunday). Just a bit of advice to your location. Do better. I’ve been to other Roxy locations and they did not disappoint me. I was always satisfied. This time it was your store that I’m not happy about.

DO BETTER! – Word will get around and you’ll see one day your store will slow down dramatically. Us locals from Hawaii should not experience this. Representation for the Hawaiian Islands and people is a must and should never taken lightly.

Great location, always has an inviting vibe. Walked in and was able to place and receive my order within 10 mins. This has been my 2nd time in and about the same wait time as last time. Good food and the Mac salad always good. Thanks and keep up the momentum!!

Hey, at least they disclose it on the sign. I waited in the lobby 20 minutes for a delivery order, and when I inquired, they told me it would be 10 more. Not busy at all. Unacceptable. Adjust your delivery system to not screw drivers over
