Roxy's Island Grill - Sherwood

Ok, so there isn't any outdoor seating nor is it by water but you can take it to go and eat in front of a lake or river:) I'd order the Mac salad on the side or in a seperate container so it doesn't get warm, otherwise it's right next to hot stuff.
I ordered the pulled pork, it was yummy!

I tried to get take-out here once and they had a note on the door that they decided to close early. I tried to call them today and give them another chance, but got a message saying the called party was busy and couldn't answer their phone. I used to eat at the Tualatin store a lot, but Sherwood doesn't have any service, let alone decent service. Don't go here.

I ordered a spam egg rice plate. On the menu it says $12. They charged me $12.50. It took over 15 mins for me to get my order when there was literally no one in front of me, they got out other orders before me. I ordered sunny side up eggs. What I got was overdone eggs with egg shells in it. Gross. If you can’t even make sunny side up eggs, you shouldn’t be cooking in the back of the restaurant. The spam was cut so outrageously thin and didn’t even taste like real spam, it’s definitely an off brand. This location is terrible, don’t waste your time coming here. Go to the Beaverton ones instead!

The Sherwood Roxy's is my favorite location. They have consistently impressed me with their service and also their food. Every time I come here or call in my order, the meals are fresh and hot. My favorite meals here are the Kalbi ribs, and my wives are the pulehu chicken. Their meats are very well flavored, and the side of macaroni salad you get with their plates is fantastic.

Hadn't been in before, just stopped for a quick bite and was very pleased. Food came out quick and hot, musubi hit the spot, Mac salad was good, shout chicken was really good. Very reasonably priced. Overall great experience and will be back

I can't believe this place is in business!! The food was all in to go packaging to eat there.... which is such a waste and lazy.
If you are going to have people dine in~GET DISHES!! Otherwise have it be to go only.
The food took forever and WAS NOT FRESH!! I got noodles that were so dry and had NO FLAVOR and NO SAUCE, it was sad.
The rice was hard and no choice of salad dressings at all. The menu is way too big and probably the reason why the food is not fresh. They clearly don't care about the quality of food or the planet!!

Good food and portions are large. Made to order but service was still pretty fast. Prices were reasonable.

Roxy's is generally good but the customer service here has really sucked every time we have been to this location. It's so bad that there will be multiple people standing behind the counter when you enter and nobody will say anything to you whatsoever. I had to ask to be served, which is totally ridiculous. If they turn the counter around and put in a self check-out, maybe their patrons could leave a little less snubbed and they could save the minimum wage times three they spend staffing this place. Not sure what is going on here but management are not meeting very basic standards for the food industry.
