Stopped in today for a family meal and was charged 20$ over what was posted. The employee stated they had to charge what the computer price was and not what was on the board. It was also posted that you receive a free metal bucket with purchase of a 12 piece or more bucket in which we also did not receive because they said it had to be in the computer to honor. We will be taking our business else where from now on. Very disappointed!
Girl in drive thru was incredibly rude to my elderly sister! She was impatient not even letting my sister look and think about what she wanted. When confronted with how rude she was she slammed the drive thru window shut!

I cringed as I heard the attitude through the speaker towards the customer in front of me. The worker was short and rude. Then I bought a chicken classic sandwich. When you spend $7 on a chicken burger it shouldn't taste like it's been in a warmer all day. The breading was concrete hard and chicken anything but juicy.
