Went for the first time today and it was probably the best grilled cheese I every had. Crunchy on the outside with nice gooey, melted cheese on the inside. Great location. Sat in the sun and listened to the stream. I will be back.

This guy knows how to make a sandwich! Specifically, a Rueben. The Rueben sandwich at Rustic Melt is exceptional in every way - it is infallible. I will be back and I will order the Rueben.We sat outside at a table overlooking the creek - I honestly can’t say enough good about the food and the location - this place is a hidden gem and I hope the Silverton locals know what they’ve got.

Did halvsies with someone else. Shared the bacon apple cheddar melt and the mac and bacon melt. They were both delicious. We got rocking chairs overlooking the creek, under a tree and the person in the food truck brought our food to us! It was a great experience.

Came 6/27 and worker was cleaning we got back from a walk in the town and I said excuse me can you sell me a drink he said I’m close can’t you see the sign :( so
Their mac and bacon sandwich is to die for. I went a few weeks ago and couldn't stop thinking about how good the food was. We went back yesterday and it was just as amazing as last time. It's my favorite food place in town now. Definitely worth a visit.

Great little grilled cheese food truck! My wife and I got the bacon cheddar apple sandwich to split. The reason we wouldn't give it 5 stars is because none of the toppings, most importantly the cheese of the sandwich, didn't cover the entire thing so the edges were just bread. Other than that it was excellent!
