Went for the first time today and it was probably the best grilled cheese I every had. Crunchy on the outside with nice gooey, melted cheese on the inside. Great location. Sat in the sun and listened to the stream. I will be back.
This guy knows how to make a sandwich! Specifically, a Rueben. The Rueben sandwich at Rustic Melt is exceptional in every way - it is infallible. I will be back and I will order the Rueben.We sat outside at a table overlooking the creek - I honestly can’t say enough good about the food and the location - this place is a hidden gem and I hope the Silverton locals know what they’ve got.
