Had an emergency with my pregnant wife and we ended up in the hospital for a couple days. We missed the cancellation deadline by 2 days and they only offered to refund 25% so we’re out $200 now. I wouldn’t recommend booking if you have any kind of health issues or if you’re pregnant or have kids. We all know emergencies happen and 7 days is too large of a deadline. I had my wedding here. While the day turned out beautiful, silver falls hospitality really disappointed us.
If you want to go all out with decorations, etc. expect absolutely no help from them. They do not provide you with any help moving or setting up furniture, and if you do ask for the help, then they will charge you extra money. They didn’t even acknowledge or check in with us on our wedding day, and we couldn’t even start to set up until the day of the actual ceremony....read full review
Smith Creek Village is absolutely beautiful and serene. The cabins were cozy, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cafe food was yummy.
