I am sure this place is privately owned but that still does not excuse the absolutely horrible quality of the food and the very high prices. This is singlehandedly probably the absolute worst Taco Bell/KFC in all of Oregon. The food was not hot nor was it made correctly. The Crunchwrap I ordered wasn't even grilled on the outside but still had char on it (Teflon from the machine?).
