We showed up 30 minutes to closing time for a last minute dinner. They were unable to do pizza so close to closing (which was totally fine with us) so we ordered a caprese sandwich and the spring sandwich. They were great! The portions were huge! We spent a beautiful evening at Curbside Italian Kitchen.
The Ragú lasagna has freshly made sheets of noodles in a full flavored sauce mixed with fresh Italian cheeses making the best delicate flavor found only in Italy, and now in Silverton.
We also enjoyed the flavor filled zucchini lasagna and took gorgeous cannoli and tiramisu to go. Can’t wait to try them!
