I’ve been able to visit this lovely spot a couple of times while driving through Silverton.
The whiskey selection is broad and the cocktail specials are meticulously mixed and beautifully presented.
Everything I’ve eaten there has left me wanting to go home to try to reproduce the flavors and textures myself.
The bartender once recommended a sandwich that sounded odd (I think it was pulled pork and Mac and cheese?), but it ended up being pretty amazing!

Went on Monday which they have happy hour all day so that's cool! Seemed to be only one server so not much attention but she still was very nice! Really good espresso martini! Got mac and cheese with steak. Ordered Med rare but came Med well but ate it anyway. Mac was a little bland. Saw it pass by and had to get it based off looks but needs a bit more flavor in my opinion. Then ended with a lemon bar. My hubs & I stopped by when we were driving through, and we are already planning to make the drive for another meal. Such a charming place with a gorgeous & spacious bar, lovely patio above the creek, great music, and wonderful food and cocktails. The service was tops. Happy hour was a great deal. This place is a gem.
