What impressed me very deeply was that the clerk who took our order was very, very kind and made us feel like we were at home. I hope the boss can cherish this employee. I ordered the signature Cheese Steak. I thought the meat and cheese were delicious, but the bread was not fried properly. It felt like it was just slightly heated in the oven, which even made the inside of the bread feel wet instead of dry. of. But overall it's delicious, but it's just not as good as expected. I'm not from Philadelphia, but I've seen some great cheese steaks that are fried with butter until crispy.“
