My husband and I tried Chops Bistro again after a lapse of a few years. We are so glad we did!
We were greeted by our favorite waiter Michael formerly of Black Butte Ranch restaurants. He made the jump to Chops Bistro after the Black Butte Lodge went downhill after its remodel.
The Bistro now has a fabulous chef who turned out two delicious meals for us. A moist halibut for my husband and a tender pork tenderloin for me.
