I loved Skii Inn! We used to eat here before they rebuilt it and they have only gotten better. I had the Brisket Sando and hands down the best BBQ in Central Oregon. The brisket has a nice smokey flavor and the BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy. The atmosphere is great and service was extra friendly. I couldn't ask for a better place for a small gathering with friends or family in Sisters.
We didn't stay at the Ski Inn. We stopped in for lunch because of a referral from a local. It was her favorite restaurant in town. We shared a burger and fries and it was delicious ?. Our waitress was excellent and personable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We'll for sure go back next time we're in town.Food & drinks: See above...

We are slowly working our way through the restaurants in Sisters OR. This time we are trying lunch at Ski Inn Taphouse Hotel. First impression: Where do we sit?
