It becomes overwhelming to consider the thousands upon thousands of meals I have had out all over the world. How do I begin to compare? I can only say this was the best in recent memory. Perfectly concieved and prepared. I left speechless. The bar offers excellent cocktails as well.

I came in two different nights during my stay, the first night they were completely slammed, lounge was full, tables booked. I sat at the bar had a fantastic Martini and an appetizer of the salmon, which was delightful and filling. Service was great, it did take a little while, but was to be expected with how busy they were. Then I came back on a Tuesday, they were very quiet, I sat at the bar again, and was the only one in the lounge, I was able to chat with the server who was wonderful. I had the grilled cheese a fantastic version with zucchini in it, and sourdough bread that tasted so good. I got desert this time, a delectable chocolate mouse with blackberries, the presentation was beautiful, and it tasted so good, not too rich, and not too sweet. I chatted with the chef about the different berries of the region, and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much, I'd happily return the next time I come to Sisters.

Great fine dining in Sisters! Enjoyed a wonderful anniversary dinner here. Hubby had the duck in cherry sauce, I had Ribeye. Everything was so tasty! I have to say, the everything rolls they serve are light, fluffy and out of this world! Dessert was equally impressive. Both the cheesecake and berry panna cotta were the best we’d had in a long time. The highlight, though, to our surprise, was hearing live Hawaiian music by Bill Keale in the lounge. It made for the perfect evening and ‘took us back’ to our honeymoon memories!

Best food, best dining experience I have had in Sisters, or even in all of Oregon. Lovely, romantic, quiet restaurant with white tablecloths and elegant but comfortable vibe. The crab croquettes were phenomenal. We loved everything we tried but the halibut was our very favorite of the lot. We also tried salmon, gnocchi, and pork tenderloin. The wine was amazing, cocktails were delicious, and the panna cotta dessert was so great. Really wonderful friendly service and ownership
