Alex (2nd gen co-owner) is extremely friendly and so proud of what his father Steve Philly native and family have built since 1987. These are the real deal Philly Cheesesteaks using authentic steak, rolls (Amoroso’s) and etc. make time to stop when heading to or home from the Bend Sisters area.

DELICIOUS! They serve a cheese on your sandwich that is creamy and excellent. So tasty. We had the classic cheesesteak. Highly recommended. Service couldn’t have been better!

We’ve been loyal customers of Philadelphia’s Steak and Hoagies in Sisters for over five years, and it remains one of our all-time favorite places to eat. The customer service is consistently excellent—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive every single visit.

And the food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every hoagie, cheesesteak, and side is packed with flavor and made with obvious care. It’s the kind of quality that keeps you thinking about your next visit before you’ve even left the parking lot.

We happily drive all the way from Redmond just to eat here, and it is always worth it. If you’re looking for incredible food and outstanding service, this place is a must. Highly, highly recommend!
