Food is great but the guy running it is a tool to his employees right in front of us. Not cool.

The Pad Kee Mao, and Black Pepper/Garlic with crispy pork belly were some of the best I've had in the US, let alone Central Oregon. Great flavors, noticeably fresh vegetables, perfect spice level and a good portion, all topped off with friendly service. So lucky to have this in Sisters, I will be back!

Good vibe, good draft beer and we enjoyed the food trucks. Try the fish tacos, they were delicious with my draft IPA. The picnic tables and DJ were a bonus. The pad Thai was dried out and not good.

It's hard picking what to eat because it's all so flavorful and the spice hits for sure. Pad Thai, curry, black pepper garlic are some of my favorite platers.

I am sorry but both pad see eww and pad thai had no flavor...

I have not even finished my pad kee mao yet! My forehead is actively perspiring as I enjoy the savory blend of sweet and spicy. The crunch of the vegetables is the only thing breaking this sweat tonight.Quick and friendly service tucked between a bike shop and a ski shop in a super cool and funky little town.I look forward to repeatable excellence!Parking: Ample, free, on street parking in downtown Sisters.

Stopped by on my way through Sisters and it was unbelievably good! I had a garden stir fry with rice and tofu. It was absolutely incredible!! I also got a tofu and vegetable wrap with peanut sauce which was just as delicious. Super friendly customer service as well. 10/10 will come back!

Fun food truck in the center of Sisters, OR, right next to/ behind the bike shop! Very hard working owner lady!We ordered three dishes with 1* spiciness , including Yellow Curry (excellent flavor profile, good amount of veggies and tofu, perfect spiciness), Pad Kee Mao (really enjoyed the basil flavor, fresh tomatoes and other veggies but missing spiciness) and Pad See Ew (a bit bland, no spiciness and no flavor really). As constructive suggestions we would recommend that you include in your Google listing your menu and mention that it’s a food truck, not a building/ restaurant. It would also be nice if the town of Sisters provided screening for the dumpsters that are right next to your food truck and very cute outdoor eating area!We know it’s hard to find good employees but the young (American) man running the cash register today needs to be friendlier with the customers (a smile goes a long way, especially when you’re at a Thai food place. Thailand = land of smiles!)He also shouldn’t stick the ends of the napkin wrapped utensils in the food containers as the food adheres to the napkins…

Owner was so kind and the food was incredible. The yellow curry was the best I’ve ever had. I asked if I should order anything else and he let me know that the curry was 32oz. Insanely good.

Mediocre Mac and cheese, tacos, Thai, beer from a fridge. Nice shady area to eat in, though. No idea why this gets 5 stars.

*Looking forward to updating this to 5 stars* We got red curry and drunken noodles and both had AMAZING flavor! Definitely not spicy, not sure if they have an option to add spice… It seems they just started accepting cards and were struggling to figure out the system. I was quoted 10 minute wait time but it took closer to 30 minutes while a cyclist was trying to complete his order of mango sticky rice and Thai iced tea. Hopefully they’ll get better acquainted with their computer system soon to save frustration and focus on their delicious dishes and friendly service. We look forward to coming back!

Today is Sunday June 26th at 3:30 pm. my fiancé and I tried to go here because online it says they are open until 7pm on Sundays. My fiancé walked up to the window (which was open) to order and a man looked at him, then ignored him for several minutes, no biggie, just thought he was busy! So my fiancé tried to order a few minutes later and before he could get a sentence out the man -SO RUDELY and loudly said “We are closed! See the close sign” as he pointed at it. That is no way to speak to someone. My fiancé has been to Thailand several times so we were SO excited to find a favorite, local THAI restaurant!! I am so sad to say we will not be back to try this place out ever. You do not treat people that way. & maybe update your hours. (Update: Being closed is not at all a problem, i totally get things happen but the way my fiancé was spoken to was absolutely unnecessary)

Sisters Thai serves great Thai food. The Drunken Noodles were some of the best I’ve eaten outside of Thailand - full of crisp vegetables, like onion and Chinese broccoli, flank steak, and covered with a delicious basil-flavored sauce. My wife had the shrimp Pad Thai, which was also wonderful and tasted of tamarind. The owner said she makes the sauces from scratch, and the care and high quality ingredients she puts in her recipes are obvious. The bike shop next door has good beers on tap. Highly recommended!

Best pad Thai I've ever had. I wish I had ordered pad si yu, because the texture of their noodles is amazing. Pot stickers and sauce are really good too.
