I’ve always had good service here with the exception of my visit on 10-13-24. The waitress Mellissa started out okay but my 9 year old didn’t like the toasted buns on her hamburger. Mellissa’s attitude changed and the rudeness came out when I asked for a replacement. She charged us $2.00, which is fine, but her attitude kept us from making other purchases to include dessert, canned beer, and clothing.

We were staying at the lodge so ate here and wanted to try some of their brews! We came in and there was no hostess and then we ended up sitting at the bar. They had three IPAs and not one hazy so I tried the one that had haze in the name. It wasn’t good I couldn’t even finish it. Them I tried the octoberfest, it was drinkable but nothing I’d ever have one more of. My girlfriend has some cocktails with no success either but had one drink that was decent! We ordered our food and the pretzel was good however the food wasn’t craveable or very enjoyable either. My burger was not cheap and it was extremely thin, very small for the cost!!!! Her food was also mediocre, not sure we’d come back. We will try one more time later and update review if the experience is different. While sitting there we noticed the new owners apprentice was trying to help the staff however has no clue or understanding of the inner workings of the business. I’m sure like lost restaurants the tickets have table and seat numbers but he brought a pizza out to use then two other wrong spots before finding the right table. He also had to ask the bartender how the stand goes. Without the bartenders and other staff that care and work hard it would be far more challenging to keep this place functioning. Erin was the absolute excellent part of this place and needs to be paid well to run it. If not for her I’d probably rate this experience one star. Options in this town are limited for sure and everything closes early.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a brewery, kids can come but obviously is a drinking environment. There is a dining area separate of the bar area.

Three creeks should have never sold! The new owners do not care about their employees at all! They continue to hire felons that have gone as far as to stalking other employees and even worse allowing the employee to remain employed! The new Portland management should stay on that side of the valley! Do central Oregon a favor and support true locals!

We were ignored while other guests who arrived after us were waited on. Definitely give this place a pass if you are queer. They are not interested in your business.

After spending six days in Oregon and dining at various restaurants daily, we were delighted to find Three Creeks Brewing, this is one of the few establishments offering an Amber or Red ale. What set Three Creeks apart was our exceptionally friendly waitress, Mel, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. She was attentive to every detail, consistently checking that we were happy with our food and drinks and checking if there was anything else we needed. The Firestorm Red Ale was a standout, it has a unique flavor that was unlike anything we tasted at other establishments and perfectly complemented our meal.

I love this place. It's a staple when I visit family. Our food is always good and service is impeccable... friendly, timely (or apologetic when something is forgotten which isn't often), gracious! Keep up the good work 3 Creeks!

A wheelchair is sometimes challenging, but not here at Three Creeks, easy access tables with a moved chair! Great food, the calamari was exceptional and my special pulled pork was excellent. My wife had the fish and chips also exceptional. The boy had beans and rice with carnitas and couldn't eat
The whole thing!

Vegetarian options: Black beans and rice

Wheelchair accessibility: Great access no steps & small bathroom chair, OK, walker too.... not so much

We had lunch in the bar area. We had the pretzel for an appetizer and I had the hot chicken sando. My friend tried the beer flight. The service in the bar was very nice but not as attentive as in the dining room. I had to go to the bar for more water and our bill. Overall, this was a good experience.

The burger I got was just okay. My husband got a chicken sandwich. He enjoyed it, but we both ended up with food poisoning so I would be cautious going here. My dad has also received food poisoning from coming here in the past. Safe to say we will not be returning.

It had been about 15 years since our last visit to TCBC. We were reminded why we stayed away for that long with a recent visit. One waitress for the entire restaurant. We were a large group. The orders were messed up, but "close enough" according to the server. She didn't apologize for the mix-ups, just laughed and said "oh well." She didn't offer to make them right either. The food was not good. No one in our party was happy with their meal. Once we received our order, we never saw our server again. We filled our own water glasses and grabbed our own to-go boxes. We finally had to stand up as if we were leaving in order to get our dining bill. The beers weren't good 15 years ago, and they aren't any better now. We won't be going back; not even 15 years from now.

Three of us visited Three Creeks 7/7/24 knowing of the new ownership.
It would seem to me that Business101
Would have taught the new owner Jacob Whitney that the last thing you do is downgrade your food before coming up with a new menu.
I had the soup, the other 2 had the fish tacos and a salad with grilled chicken breast.
My soup was steak and potato served just above warm and tasted like it came out of a can.The chicken breast was served just on lettuce, with stale tortillas chips and a tiny bit of salsa and dressing on the side.
They forgot the cheese. In previous visits there was tomato and onion on it so my friend says. We are locals who frequent this restaurant quite often.
The fish tacos (3 small)have been reduced to 1 tortilla instead of the usual 2 and seemed smaller to me but the person who ordered it wasn’t sure. That is the dish I usually order.
It’s unfortunate that as locals we have written this off as a dinner option but they’ll get the unsuspecting drive through visitors once. Will It sustain them?, time will tell.

Fish and Chips were great and enjoyed the beer sampler. My favorite was the Firestorm Red

We ordered 3 pizzas to go and when we arrived home we realized that one of them had been very undercooked and the dough was mostly raw. We took the pizza back, they recognized how raw it was and apologized. They ensured us that they had made a new pizza but when we got home the second time we realized that they had simply put the original pizza back in the oven, it was clear because the pieces were torn apart like they were when we took it back and crust was very burnt from the second time in the oven. It is disappointing to be lied to and this does not seem like the correct move from a good safety standpoint.
