“Very good food. Large portions. The ‘sushi donut’ is enough for a small appetite meal. The rice was well done and flavorful… And coming for me that actually means something because I don’t normally like rice. I was well on my way to food drunk when I got done. It is a food truck, so no real seating, but it had a parking lot and several communal picnic benches. There were several other food trucks in the same area which makes it easier for those who want different food styles.“
“This place is so cute, absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly . Their egg flower soup was the best I’ve had in Eugene, their portions were HUGE and absolutely mouthwatering as well. 10/10 I’m telling anyone who will listen to try them!“
“The crispy pork was fantastic! Spring rolls + mango rice were delicious. Hai yai chicken was slightly dry. I didn't love that their tip option at check-out defaults to 18%, 20%, 25%... it's a food cart guys with no table service... But would order take out again.“
“LOVE this food truck! We have had both the chicken and the beef hibachi, and both are amazing. Can't recommend the spring rolls. Pretty tasteless. The chicken hibachi is coated in a sweet teriyaki sauce. The beef is just perfectly cooked, no real sauce. We like the chicken/steak combo. I don't get the small portion comments here. When we order, it is a solid meal and then left overs for lunch for the next day! Vegetables are fresh, rice is good and it's cooked to order. You'll wait a good ten or so minutes if you order at the window, but they deliver to your car or call ahead and it will be ready to pick up. Is it pricey? Yes, a bit, but that's because it is fresh with fresh veggies and not sitting under a warmer. Worth every penny.“
“I just wanted to say that Doug’s Burger moved to Lane community college and I have yet to find a consistently decent burger in the Eugene/Springfield area. I miss their food. I miss their people. I hope that things are going well at LCC, but would celebrate if they opened a place that was more accessible to those who were not at LCC.“
“Wow I just fell in love with this little spot! The rice balls are amazing and if you are as perplexed as I was as to what a bacon nugget is...trust your instincts and order it! My son says its life changing! I recommend the salty, delicious Korean salad as well! I'm so thrilled that there is at least one independant restaurant left in Eugene that isnt a chain! Cant wait to return!“
“Fantastic customer service, really good vibe and outstanding flavor. First impressions are everything and my first time here was wonderful. I got the smaller portion of Bulgogi with rice and it was still a big, very packed bowl of the good stuff.“
“Stopped in and enjoyed some chicken stir fry with vegetables and pork fried rice. It was great! Hot green tea with lemon, didn't even need sugar. Beautiful artwork on walls and nice, respectful service. When in town, I will be back! :)“
“You walk in... nice, clean, well designed dining room. Very friendly staff, right there to sit you down. Ready to take your order when you want them too. Gave us all the time we needed to order, eat, and enjoy ourselves. Food was fantastic! Delicious and Authentic! Yes, I would recommend to all my friends and family.“
“I recommend you make reservations before going as this will reduce your waiting period to be seated. The hot sour soup was delicious. My slight issue was that the crispy honey chicken could have been sweeter, but that was just my preference.Overall, great place to eat out.“
“On a road trip from Seattle to San Francisco, my friend and I decided to stop here for lunch. It was an amazing decision. The food was amazing and well priced and the services were just as incredible and kind! I recommend this to everyone! The establishment was clean and also cute, great lunch location.“
“I get delivery from this place all the time and it holds up so well. Tuna Onigiri is so good with the sauce they baste it in and then grill it. Chicken potstickers are another go to and for the price, the poke is decent. But definitely always worth it for the taste and money to get the onigiri and “
“Great little spot for a weekday lunch. On first look you would expect fast food, but it is much closer to hole in the wall teriyaki. Great service, friendly staff, and my order made with enough time to eat before heading back in to work. Nolan (I think he is the manager) always offers friendly service while the kitchen staff gets our food out hot and fresh. I definitely recommend weekday lunch, as weekends can seem like things are a little bit chaotic back there, I think that might be the junior varsity team. I really like the Orange spicy chicken. I tried it the first time when trying to order spicy orange chicken. They offered to fix it but I declined, it was amazing.Dietary restrictions: Their sauces are gluten free, my coworker really appreciates that.“
“First impressions are everything and Sushi Seoul impressed in spades.Immediately upon walking through the front door we were greeted, welcomed with smiling faces, and straight away I noticed the cleanliness of the environment overall. I consider myself to be highly intuitive, and from the moment we arrived, the high+frequency vibrations were palpable. Noticeably present. The design/decor was all visually appealing, calming, and unique, too. Simply put; the VIBE was DOPE A* .Additionally, our server was absolutely WORLD. CLASS. ? I do not throw that around lightly. Her appearance was flawless. She was refreshingly pleasant, kind, light-hearted and professional. She was genuinely interested in ensuring our experience was awesome. And she delivered ..in SPADES. Oh, and she also knew who Joyner Lucas was. Bonus points in my book.At this point, Wifee and I are enjoying ourselves & chatting - already raving about the great time we're having and how we'll definitely be going back soon. I'm so pumped up about all of it, that I'm already texting the homies ..like;[verbatum] "Bruh?! Sushi Seoul! Cant believe I haven't been here before. You? This place is fire ? ? ?"Then, the grub comes out and it is PERFECT. The flavors. The preparation. The presentation. The quality. 10/10 across the board. For context, my wife usually steers clear of any Nigiri. BUT! Not this night. She actually suggested we add the Yellowtail Nigiri! ? As you might suspect, she (WE!) loved it!Last - on a different night, it's entirely possible that we would've getting loose on their $1 Shake Shots - and damn were they enticing. Since we weren't sippin', though I was super stoked to find out that they have their own HOUSE-MADE SODA! "Pineapple-Vanilla" and "Pomegranate-Ginger." We ordered one of each. And just like EVERYTHING ELSE on this AMAZING night at Sushi Seoul ..absolutely INCREDIBLE.Sushi Seoul, FTW. ? ? ?✌️ ❤️ ?“
“The dish presents a tantalizing mix of textures and flavors, with tender pieces of chicken generously coated in a glossy, spicy sauce. The sprinkle of sesame seeds and slices of green pepper not only add a visual appeal but suggest a delightful contrast between the nutty crunch and the fresh vegetal crispness. It’s served sizzling hot, straight to the table, promising an authentic and aromatic dining experience.“
