This review is a shout out to Adam! Bartolottis has been our favorite pizza in the area for a couple years, but was also a bit hit or miss sometimes. Ever since Adam has been there, our pizzas are CONSISTENTLY delicious and well made. Not only are his pizzas the best, his customer service is out of this world. He is always friendly and kind, and slangin’ pizzas like a true pro!!

Have loved it every other time however, I ordered yesterday and everything was made wrong. The moss crossing was flat and had pizza sauce for some reason. The bartolotti's had unpeeled and often under cheese garlic causing it to remain crunchy and pungent, instead of properly roasting. The food was cold but that was grubhubs fault.

It will nice to see the pictures of the different pizza flavors. This is not a review for the food, service or atmosphere. I cannot decide which to order because there's no picture.

Best pizza in the area by miles! Everyone claims to make a good NY style pie and these guys are the only ones who actually can.

I thoroughly enjoyed the pepperoni pizza I got and will be back again! Great place to grab a bite downtown.

Mediocre pizza. Service was terrible. We ordered two slices from the hot case (already made, only needed heating) and it took nearly a half hour bc the guy had to make other pizzas from scratch. Why can't my slice be heating while you spend 5min on making a different pizza? I'd understand if I ordered something not already premade, but to see my slice sit under the heat lamp while you spread sauce, add cheese, etc etc to other orders is insulting.

This is literally some of the best pizza I've had, the people who give it bad reviews must be just uptight people in general.10/10Vegetarian options: Emerald triangle is absolutely bomb

Over priced average pizza. What can I say? I expected more; more flavor and more hand crafted ingredients.

If I could give more than five stars I would. They have amazing vegetarian options which is always a plus especially in Springfield. This was honestly the best pizza I've had in the eugene/springfield area and I've lived in Eugene for over 15 years now. I ordered the emerald triangle pizza which was a perfect combination of savory and sweet and the pistachio cannoli. Both items were 10/10. Thank you so much for the great service and amazing food!

Delicious and fantastic variety of pizza! Two of my favorites are Classic White and DaVinci's Brush.

So happy we chose to meet friends at Bartolotti's on Main Street in Springfield. Starting with excellent generous portions of Caesar salad for each of us we loved the pizzas that were perfect and the fantastic Stromboli we shared. This was the perfect quiet atmosphere to catch up with friends and have a wonderful meal. Main Street Springfield has a growing list of great dining options. Bartolotti's is another crowd pleaser.

Wut? I mean, wut? What did I get, uh, a slice of the Bellaroni. There was no macaroni anywhere near this pizza. I do not know what the world is coming to. Sure, the lady was nice. Sure, the dudes were hard at it. Yes, they were doing a steady business. Yes, I mean -NO!! The pizza did not taste good. I broke up some of the crust and fed it to the crows. So, I took a bite, nice crunchy, sort of New Yorkness to the bite. Cheesy. I could taste the garlic and onions. Another bite, can't taste the pepperoni and the tomato got in the way. Ohh.... Where is the freaking sauce? Balance. Balance, balance, balance, balance. GOOD pizza is all about the balance of texture, heat, flavors and aromas. This slice was all out of balance. What is the common denominator lof bad pizza in Oregon. Lack of balance. In general, brought on by lack of the proper amount of sauce which helps coalesce the taste, texture and wonder if delicious pizza. Oh, yeah, the drink cups we're put out for customers while still wet. What other proper sanitary procedures are you all skipping here?

I miss NY Style pizza in the worst way and thankfully I can fill my craving @ Bartolotti's. They make a pie that is about as legit as it gets. I request a well-done crust as I fold my pizza and love that snap of the crust. I also love eating the pizza bones. My goto pizza initially is the Pizza Margherita which they call the Marge. It is as good as I would get back in NY and saves me a ton of air fare. The crust has excellent chew and the toppings are fresh and the cheese is not pre-shredded as it does have that odd off-putting taste of pre-shredded cheese. My GF is gluten-free but she will happily eat a gluten-ease (or whatever they are called) pill to enjoy Bartolotti's pie. We've added the House Pie to our order as it is delicious. If you are wanting a truly artisanal NY-style pizza, please give Bartolotti's a shot, they will impress you. Ohhh, they also make a mean Baked Ziti!!!
