Long long time customer here and sadly the fries have changed. The shoe string fries have always been my family's favourite part of any order here. Today we ordered and while the fries were still thin they were definitely not the ones we are accustomed to. Very disappointing. I'm honestly hoping they are having an order issue or these were last minute replacements or something and the regular fries will be back.

Recieved the recommendation from the Eugene Foodies FB group after experiencing a SERIOUS 3-4 day quality chicken strip craving. I'm talking fresh chicken, juicy, pull apart strips that aren't tiny or only bread like some places. I'm weird as well, dry chicken always gives me hiccups.

I ordered the 5 piece chicken strip, small fry, and mac n cheese for pickup.

Our go to lunch place in the area, always good and hot food but the entire store and bathrooms are in desperate need of deep cleaning and dusting, thick dust is everywhere and visible grime in all the corners of the restaurant. Fingerprints all over glass even shortly after the shop opening. More attention needed to keeping the place clean, less time spent staring at your cellphones while you are on the clock, thank you.
