This was our first time at Coburg Pizza. My favorite pizza changes with each new flavor I try. I don't like spicy heat. However, I'm willing to try something unusual, like prosciutto, fig, and goat cheese.
Great pizza and excellent service
This pizza was absolutely AMAZING!! We loved it so much we went back twice in a weeks time! Fun flavors and so so good. Service was slow, and it’s fairly pricey for pizza, but so worth the price. And incredibly filling! The little personal pies can easily feed two people, maybe three if they have a smaller appetite.
This place is delicious and the environment is always like an old school pizza place. The employees are always nice, to me anyway
This used to be the best pizza in Eugene/springfield!!! Until they got rid of the thick crust option and turned it into a pseudo thin crust bottom. The whole reason we would eat here is because the crust was SOOOO good and warm and doughy. It just made the pizza.
The flavors haven’t changed, the customer service is still great. But we need that thick crust- that’s how we got a bunch of family and friends into coburg pizza and now it’s gone! :(
nice people ...clean showers
High cost for the product level of food (flavor, amount, etc). Have a plan of what you want before you get there, and order right away. The wait time seems to be a little on the extended side. Could be new people or training, so it isn't a huge deal.
Pizza is pretty damn good. Just be prepared for the wait. Thought lady was overestimating when she told me 90min over the phone, so I dropped in early to pay, but if it wasn't that and a bit more before getting my two mediums.
Definitely best pizza in that county in Springfield definitely had the combination with the stuff that mozzarella cross it was amazing
I love pizza Old Chicago Pizza was my favorite but I have to say by far this pizza was the best pizza I've ever had in my life

Some of the best pizza in lane county
Great experience, delicious food friendly service
Pizza was edible, but I wouldn’t go back (especially since it’s on the spendier side). Flavor combinations piqued our interest, but fell a bit flat for flavor. Almost seemed like the crust needed salt? Quoted 45min to an hour for pizza to be ready from ordering (we ordered 2 large split flavor pies and a small cheese, and there were only 4 people dining in at the time), food arrived about 15 minutes after we sat down though. The plain cheese pizza option was intended for our kids, and was a bit heavy handed with oregano sprinkled on top. Our toddler was not a fan. A little loud (2 birthday parties arrived to dine while we were there) and chaotic, but that was likely just our luck.
