Excellent food from this food truck for lunch today. It must be a popular truck since they were busy with phone orders as well as walk up orders so it took a little while for us to get our food. I ordered the Huarache (fried flat corn tortilla) topped with carne asada and carnitas pork since it comes with 2 of them. Topped with beans, avocado sauce, crema fresco, white cheese, lettuce. I’m visiting my daughter and son in law and they took us here because of how much they love it.Their food was as flavorful, fresh and authentic as I’ve ever tasted.This is a MUST for Mexican food lovers.

Such secret treasure. Their homemade tortillas melt in your mouth and the tortas are out of this world. They come with plenty of meat but I always order them with double meat. Right behind and to the south in the parking lot of Bi Mart in Springfield.
