I have never experienced better customer service or food. I'll have a craving for this place and this place always delivers and more. The guy who runs the truck is amazing and will sit and have a conversation if he has the time. 10/10 love this place.

If you haven't noticed from the other reviews, people love this place. It's the food, and it's the dude. An order of the quesabirria tacos is not only delicious, but keeps me feeling alive for longer than most meals. If you're ordering some excellent munchage from La Mandibula, I recommend ordering a shot of Dr. Bird from the Monkey's Paw to go with it. That's my favorite combo, anyway.

The quesabirria tacos are the best you can find in Eugene and Springfield. The consume is rich; the tortillas are handmade, crispened, yet soft; I can't describe the cheese, but it's really good; and the service is always kind and generous.If you think you have had quesabirrias, think again! You should try them here!Oh, and the bean taco that comes with the two quesabirria combo always surprises me because it's so good for being beans and cheese. You'll see. It's also quite refreshing after the intense goodness of the quesabirrias.BTW, drinks are in the Monkey Paw.

Quesabirra tacos and birra Ramen. Excellent spice and flavor, my mate thought a bit hot but I loved it.
I highly recommend trying the quesobirria tacos! Well worth the $$. They were so flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice for someone who can't handle much. There is an option for spicy if that is your guilty pleasure. Would rate 12/10 for quality/service/kindness.

Very nice! I had the quesabirria tacos which were absolutely delicious and had just the right amount of heat. I'm pretty weak sauce when it comes to handling the ol capsaicin but this was right at the roof of my tolerance. I will definitely be getting these again.I also got the carnitas ramen fusion and this was truly a dish worthy of the title. It did not feel at all like two disparate cuisines , but rather a true melding to make something new. Recommend to anyone who wants to try something unique.I was lucky to go on a Tuesday which currently (as of Mar 7th, 2023 ) runs a 10 per entree special. A really great deal considering the quality of the food.Also you can eat your food from any of the food carts in the adjacent monkeys paw bar, so don't shirk on them simply because of the chilly weather.
