James has the patience of a saint. I called in to complain about a mistaken charge and it turns out I was wrong about it but he was so genuinely helpful and kind about it. With the late November temps dropping and a forecast for ice fog, you might think you'd need to take a trip to the South Pacific to change your "latitude" in Springfield...but you'd be wrong.The Monkey's Paw is the reason why. If you enjoy Tiki, then you won’t be disappointed. The bartenders are friendly and quick. They play great music. Their drinks are quite reasonably priced. There is a good selection of food trucks parked outside that will bring your order into the bar when it’s ready. I don’t think there’s any downside to this place.
