We did a last minute birthday party for our 13 year old and didn't have much time to prepare. The staff was so incredibly kind. I forgot a knife for the cake, and not only did they provide one, they also offered us a pack of candles. They also brought all the kids coupons for free pizzas and gave our son a free t shirt. For being last minute (due to some unforseen circumstances) they really made our little party special and memorable. Thank you Papas staff!
Decent place for a kid's birthday. I like the pizza here and everything. I don't have any complaints. The main difference between this location and the one I typically go to in Eugene is that the playroom for the children has different attractions and the layout of the building is a bit different. But something I love about Papa's that seems true across the board is that the people who work there are friendly and helpful. If you don't have kids, another thing...
The best Pizza I've ever had. I used to live in Springfield in the 90's, and would eat at Papas frequently. The crust, and pizza sauce is outstanding! I do not eat pork, so I'm limited on protein I will eat...... and their lean ground beef is delicious, it Isn't that prepackaged spongy beef you get at other pizza joints. When I drive through the Springfield area, I buy a pizza / pizzas and freeze it for easy dinners........ thats how delicious their pizza is....
