Ordered a salad and loaded Mac and cheese tonight. After about 20 minutes I went to the “pick-up” window and asked about the order, was told that it was working and it would be up shortly. After another 25 minutes I returned to the window asking once again if the food would be ready soon and was told once again that it would be shortly. Went here last night for the first time. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and waffle fries. Waited an hour and a half! Asked about our order three different times, and was told each time 20 more minutes. The rest of my party all received and finished their meals (from other food vendors), and we still didn’t have ours. Finally asked for and received a refund. Will never go there again.
Pizza is EXTREMELY raw. We've ordered here 3 different times over the last couple years and the dough is always raw. Not sure if they need to change their dough recipe, they aren't making it right, it's their ovens or they just toss them in for 8 minutes then serve them less than halfway cooked. It's crazy how raw the dough is every single time.
