Showed up after the lunch rush. Ordered a smash burger and had to go ask about 20 minutes after it was ordered to see if it was ready. She says I just dropped the fries. Seriously? 20 minutes after I order you do the fries? I was with an elderly friend who I take care of. Never again. This was a horrible experience and we won't be back

The lettuce in my salad was too old. There were black slimy bits throughout. When I took it back to the counter to show the staff, the cook refused to come to the counter to look, and insisted the lettuce was fresh.

Came here with my family expecting to have a good meal. Usually love places like this. However, had the worst experience here. Not a single staff member was nice. The rudest people I have ever met. The young lady with black hair at the bar was the rudest bartender I’ve ever ordered a drink from. Mocking us. Acting like we were stupid when we asked for a simple flavor profile of a cider. On top of this, the bummy homeless looking guy running the burger stand was a total jerk. Threw a tantrum when I didn’t tip. Why would I tip when I waited 10 minutes to even order with no line, have to bus my own dishes, and wait my own food? Then when I went to grab my food, he said he was going to charge me $5 for ranch because I didn’t tip. Worst dining experience I’ve had. Embarrassed I brought my family. I will never be back.
Visiting my kid at UO and we went here for dinner -loved it. We will go here again.

I went to the public house having never been there before, unfortunately some of the flagship restaurants weren't open on a Sunday. I had a chicken sandwich. It was okay at best. It was warm enough but pretty soggy. Although they did deliver it to the table. The fries were okay. The atmosphere was quiet towards the end of the night. I only tried one restaurant, so didn't receive feedback from my acquaintances about how their food was.

We have always loved Public House and have gone often. This time we tried the new Tiny's spot and they were so great! They even made a grilled cheese for my 4-year-old, even though it wasn't on the menu. They were all so kind and the food was delicious. Happy to see them at Public House!
