Incredible bread and more! This is the real deal and so welcome in Springfield. I’m somewhat of a bread snob and a harsh critic. This is some of the best bread I’ve had this side of Italy! You can tell the baker/owner puts love into his work.
We've only had the baguette so far, but will definitely be expanding what we've bought. AMAZING baguette! You know it's a serious place when you walk in to a display case, and after that is sacks of flour, ovens, and workspace. Croissant and pan du chocolat look very tasty. Many other loaves are available as well.
This is a small independent bakery with absolutely incredible bread, I cannot recommend enough. The French baguette and the ciabatta were so good, best I have had in Springfield or Eugene. Will definitely be returning
