“If you want AMAZING FOOD then continue reading.. .Came here for the first time ever today and talk about AMAZING food!! My partner and I ordered SO much, but only because we wanted to try it all. The FRIED CATFISH, was soft and delectable and as someone who's never had it before, I was a bit nervous but couldn't get enough of it after trying it. Next up, was the GRILLED SHRIMP and when I say that they were so full of FLAVOR Holy smokes they were **chef's kiss**!! The CHICKEN STRIPS & FRIES were up next and yes they were also good, juicy and crispy but I do wish that they had a bit more flavor in them since everything else was so full of it. Next was the GUMBO (with SHRIMP added) and D@mn that was melt in your mouth perfect!! Next up...the COLLARD GREENS..so these babies were good but I've ben spoiled over the years on family friends greens and so far nobody comes close to theirs so I apologize that these didn't hit the spot for me HOWEVER, I would still order them again and again since my family friend lives in Washington and you're down the street and they are good. Last two things we ordered were the HUSHPUPPIES and MAC AND CHEESE.. I'm not a hushpuppy girl but I did try 2 bites...still not for me but my partner liked them and said that they tasted a bit like cinnamon. As for the Mac and cheese it tasted like you would think....definitely not out of a box but made from scratch and really good. Overall this place is delicious as heck and is a 10/10!!“
