Squacho's Gourmet Chili and Nachos

I’m not one to leave reviews, however our first time in and unfortunately our last time. We were not greeted at the door by no one. We sat ourself and waited on someone to come to our table for a few minutes. We were not greeted with a smile and welcoming feel but rather felt like we were an inconvenience. Beer menu rather limited and server couldn’t tell me what’s on tap when we asked. She had told me to go read the wall to make a selection. Beverages came out and had 3” of foam on top of my beer. Drinks were room temp and colder would’ve been nice. The meal was overpriced for such small portions. Not to mention, when serving a burger or sandwich check to make sure the top bun is facing up and not eating an upside down sandwich. I wish them the Best but Do Better Next Time! This place is not for us.

They really do have the best Chili I have ever had in my entire life. The nachos are awesome, delicious and such a large serving that most people will either need to share or get a box. Fun drink specials that invoke the fantasy theme! The family that runs the place is super cool too, very friendly! you can see the heart they put in, ya know? I really loved the previous location for it's welcoming vibe and good food and they are definitely carrying on the tradition.

we tried them tonight. absolutely delicious food! their in-house made sauces were awesome as well. Great service. prices were not bad at all! highly recommend 10/10

A fun place to end a long drive from southern CA. The avocado smash burger was delicious! The chili was delicious! My Cabernet Sauvignon was delicious! The service was great, many people making sure we had everything we needed. Make this a stop when passing through Springfield, OR.

Came here a lot, great food, people, and environment. The upstairs loft area is great for DnD! Super welcoming, and would definitely recommend either the pulled pork nachos or cheesesteak quesadilla.

First time eating here and I thought the food was delicious. Fresh cut steak fries, fry sauce, and the burger was perfectly cooked. I thought it was missing the onion rings on the burger but maybe I ordered the wrong one. It did have pineapple and candy jalepenos though and they were so good. I will definitely be back to try some nachos next time. Service was also good and wasn’t overly crowded on a Friday night at 6pm. I knew they had karaoke and I was praying it wouldn’t be too packed. I sat on the non-karaoke side and it was perfect.

Please update your kitchen phone number. When it was up I would call and order a chili dog for a coworker and multiple times, I will come in to get it. With this kid looking at me like I didn’t order anything. I could see from the parking lot the person answering the phone, NOT the family that works there but that new hire boy. I’ll tip out the family. But not that kid. I would come every week if that service didn’t fall off, it’s for Jeremy. We come every week if not more.
