I love Squachos. The food is so delicious. I wasn’t able to get the pulled pork off of the DoorDash menu for some reason it wasn’t showing up so I messaged an employee and they helped get it back on there! I’m so excited to eat one again it is so delicious. Oh and don’t forget the chili! BEST IN EUGENE

I had the pastalaya tnt and is was absolutely delicious! Please make this a full time menu item. First meal in a long time that I didn't have to add a single seasoning or hot sauce to. This is a family owned places and it's cooked with love!

BEST NACHOS IVE EVER HAD!!! I ordered the pulled pork nachos and when I got I to my car and tried one my tastebuds seized with flavor and tastyness the sweet bbq on top pulled everything together wow worth a try definitely worth the money

This is a family owned and run food truck. The workers are so nice and the seating area is very inviting. My vegetarian nachos were very good, I believe they're made with fresh chips! My only complaint was that the barbecue sauce was a little too sweet for my palate and there's no spice of any kind on them. Phenomenal pulled pork!!! VERY good and we will definitely be coming back!
