It's Taco Bell. I am vegan. If they happen to get my order correct by chance, then I love it. It's only about 50 percent that I'll get my order right. Even when I ordered from a kiosk so I knew it was entered correctly. It's still often including things I am allergic to. Meat and dairy and other things.

I used to be an assistant manager at a Taco bell in Eugene. I always expected excellence and ACCURATE efficiency. And that is what I received....
When I first pulled up the hour was late and the drive thru was packed. How ever the lobby was empty and one of the employees came out and told us the lobby was open, but I couldn't tell cause not one person inside. I and one other person left drive thru and went into the lobby and the lobby was decorated with the cutest Halloween decorations. The Lady at the front counter was so kind and took our order. They ran out of lettuce but seeing how busy they were and how late...
Food was a mess. We were missing some of our order as well. Had to wait awhile for them to acknowledge us standing there to get our missing food. They are kiosk only. They had multiple customers walk out after being told they don't take orders at the front it's only kiosk, online or drive thru.
