I had the pulled pork sandwich which was mouthwatering. I’m from Texas so that is a compliment. My husband had the two meat plate with the brisket and pulled pork which he thought was good.
On 42nd in Springfield. I caught drift of the aroma over there. I turned my head. I said, I'm going over here. Now. I pulled up to the window. A pleasant young woman greeted me and took my order. Easy as pi. Another woman, quick, with presence put my order together for me. I drove around the building and there, a man was working the smoker. We love this food truck. I used to own a BBQ restaurant years ago, and I can honestly say that the food is as good as my own. We especially like the brisket and hot links. The brisket is smoky without being overpowering and the hot links are exactly that - HOT. They also have some amazing sides. The red potato and blue cheese salad is delicious and creamy. The beans are also good. My favorite side is the cucumber salad. It's light and refreshing and is great with the heavier meats....read full review
