Highlight of an eventful roadtrip was surprisingly our first night “passing through” Springfield, Oregon. Public House has an amazing vibe and great food / drinks. O’My mini donuts knocked it out of the park with these peanut butter donuts oh my gosh. I think we might’ve been too loud enjoying them so much lol. overall good food &servce although NW burgers would not have been in that category. long wait for food and staff didn't seem to carethat much.

Whiskey Lab, also known as the Public House, is a must-visit restaurant in Springfield, Oregon. The place is cozy and cute, with a very good selection of cocktails, whiskey, and N/A options. The bartenders are friendly, skilled, and clearly have knowledge of their products. You can order every drink from the table and amazing food from the 5 different restaurants around the food court. They have outdoor seating that is covered and heated. Overall, Whiskey Lab provides a memorable dining experience with great food, drinks, and ambiance.
