Service was very subpar and we were the only ones ordering so it wasn’t a matter of being busy. Employee did not change gloves after touching dairy when we ordered dairy free. Did not ask us any questions about what we wanted and wouldn’t fix it afterward, ended up with half of what we even wanted on our pizzas. However, the pizzas turned out looking great and the store was nice and clean.

Tl;dr Didn’t follow food safety for allergens and rushed us through...

The customer service and interaction is superior. We felt welcomed by the gentlemen making our pies and they were also very encouraging and appreciative of each other while working together which was awesome to witness.

When we walked in the door we were automatically greeted by 3 employees with great attitudes! It was later in the evening and they had just re-opened after having to close for a couple hours due to a construction company damaging a water line earlier. It was only my second time going to a MOD Pizza so I was a little unsure of how it worked and what to get but the employee made it super easy for me while sharing some creations that others had gotten before.
