I wish I could give zero stars is it me or does it seem that this place has gone down hill. They no longer have the five dollar menu as a regular thing what the heck 😤 that was my favorite thing to order. Went to there got a crunch warp bell box asked for 1 Diablo Sauce and it wasn't in the bag man forget Taco Bell and their crapy customer service 😤 never eating there again.
Got a deluxe box and a soft taco. It took 45 min
Then the food was made wrong.

Had to wait 52 minutes in the drive through line to get my food. The food was cold when I got it even though we sat at the window for several minutes. The employee said they were short staffed.

Taco Bell is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its Mexican-inspired menu. While the portions may be small, the cravings box is a favorite among customers. Parking can be limited, but the restaurant is generally kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
The staff at Taco Bell often face staffing challenges, which can lead to inconsistent hours and service. However, the food is consistently good, and the employees are usually helpful and polite, going the extra mile to ensure orders are accurate. Occasional mishaps do occur, but the overall experience is generally positive.
The restaurant is suffering from the same challenges as other chain restaurants, with expensive food that may not always be worth the price. Customers have reported mixed experiences, with some enjoying the food, such as the chicken flatbread, while others found issues with the quality of the corn shells or the crispiness of the nachos by the time the order is delivered.
