I met this family at a wedding they were catering and they invited me back to their food cart the following week for a special and it did not disappoint! We will continue to support this awesome family food cart!

Taqueria El Rosario is a family food cart and catering company. They cater weddings and have a food cart. The food is fantastic and prepared perfectly. Guests at a wedding could not stop talking about how good it was. The team is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Communication is excellent and planning is stress-free. They arrive on time, are well organized, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
The food is the best Mexican food in St Helen. The wet burrito is delicious. The asada Cali burrito is the best. The asada, birria, and carnitas street tacos are tasty, and the asada is the standout, packed with flavor. The asada and al pastor tacos are juicy, tender, and full of flavor, not dry or bland. The Birria Ramen has nice chunks of beef. The tacos and Birria flavors are on point. The nachos are loaded with freshly made refried beans, your choice of meat, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico, and pickled jalapeños. The side of rice is so good. The hot sauces are fire. The salsas are good. The habanero salsa is slightly spicy and tangy. The salsa verde is bright and delicious. The salsa roja is not overly smoky. The toppings are fresh and made to order, nice and hot. The dude taking the order has a great personality. Highly recommend, must try.
