The food was fine, but I ordered online in the morning, waited about 15 minutes before heading to the store to get it, arrived and had to wait 45 more minutes... They were under staffed and the staff was complaining the whole time
I walked in at 10:45 on Thursday to order pizza for a class pizza party because the online ordering wouldn't allow me to order for pick up as early as I needed it (around 11 am). Turns out they had just gotten a new pizza oven installed and were cooking test pizzas to get the temperature right.The two young men working immediately paused what they were doing, took my order for 9 medium pizzas, and got me out the door in under 20 minutes. First time I order pizza is not cooked through and raw dough in the middle. Second time I order thin crust Hawaiian, extra cheese, extra pinapple. 1/2 the pizza has no pineapple. Did they take the pinapple from one side and move it to the other to make 'extra'? Pizza taates good, franchise has some work to do to bring it up to an acceptable level.
