So my dad was really wanting to get chinese food and so we decided to go to the red apple and we sat down the second to back table it took 30-45 minutes to even hear anything from a waitress we finally ordered and were waiting for our food and drinks (at this point two other people have ordered and left) and were waiting my dad continues to get more and more mad his meal comes with a soup so eventually we stops a waitress and says wheres our drinks and my meal came with a soup? The waiter says oh let me get those for and I'll just give you all a soup. So she comes out about 5 minutes with our food, at this point about 30 minutes after we ordered. The soup wasn't bad but my dad's was very cold like it had been sitting for hours. About 10 minute after we got our waters and soups we get the appetizer... THE APPETIZER!!!
A simple large thing of shrimp ngl thar shrimp isn't to bad. And we finished it at this point we had been there for close to a hour in a half, and about 5 people have came and ordered ate and left including a big group of people during the time we were there so my dad was mad he called over the waitress and said can we just pay for the shrimp and leave please and said sorry and acted like she didn't even care she was very disrespectful. After that we went home and had to have cereal for dinner. This was the worst food experience I've ever had ill never go here again, biggest disappointment ever.

I wont waste another 60. Dollars here, no better then Safeway Chinese food, take out order, they gave me white rice for one dinner instead of 2, I had to cook another rice at home, not enough food for 60. Plus dollars

Soup was colder than room temp, food took forever, no substitutions, prices jacked, brocoli undercooked & hard, & its a $2 upcharge to get pork fried rice per tiny bowl with your entree order. 1st & last time we've been there under the new owners. We miss the old Apple ?? It was THE

Dad doesn’t usually suggest where we eat, but today is Father’s Day and he said that this was one of his favorite places. Tina and I have never been here before, but Dad was actually here yesterday. The food is wonderful and our waitress was amazing. She even remembered Dad, and called him by name.

The new ownership is awful. We have been sitting at our table for 20 minutes and still haven’t got our drinks. Another table 3 of the 4 people were served by the time the 4th persons food arrived she asked for a to-go box. The person bringing out the food audibly sighed rolled her eyes and stomped off with the plate. 2 other patrons left with to-go boxes and said “Good luck” to us as they left. The restaurant is 90% empty. Two of us were served, but only half my order was brought out. The server asked us what one of our orders was again. We have been here for 1 hour already. By the time all of our food was served the initial two served had cold food. People coming in to pick up their already ordered to-go orders have been waiting at least 20 mins to get their order. This has been an awful experience not just for us but it seems everyone who comes in. Do NOT reccomend.

Used to eat here all the time when the old owners ran it and never had a complaint with the food.Went there about a week ago on a busy night.Guess the cook wasn't having a good night and wanted others to feel it too.Got food poisoning a couple hours later. The Chinese food at the safeway deli is safer to eat than this.Won't even come back for video poker now

Our 1st time under the new owners. I'm happy to say the food was delicious. The hot and sour soup was great if you like a little heat. Our server Misty was great and made our 1st time enjoyable. We will definitely go back!
