I have not had a burrito this good in Oregon the entire time I've lived here. I am from California and so are the people who run this taco truck and I am telling you that nothing is as authentic as their food.
I got tacos de lengua and they were great! Tender meat and plenty of it. Friendly service and even with a busy lunch rush I had my food pretty quickly! There's a picnic table to sit and eat if you want, too. Definitely will stop by again next time I'm in Stayton for work!!

Great little taco truck, we ordered carne asada tacos, a burrito, quesadillas, burrito bowl and tongue tacos...all got great reviews from my family. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We'd eat here again for sure!
