We had charcuterie, lamb, seafood stew, squid ink pasta, kids steak and chicken tenders, crème brûlée, and sorbet. It was pricey but very epicurean. Kids steak was a good deal.Kid-friendliness: I have a loud bunch - one with special needs - and the lodge was very accommodating to their needs.

We went out for a family dinner and it did not disappoint. The view was breathtaking. Our server Mac was prompt and anticipated our every need. The food was cooked perfectly, try the Lamb shank!

Made reservations 3 days in advance and was seated in a booth next to the Kitchen with a full view of the kitchen with the open plastic sauce container for our view ? Not worth the price at all. The service was good but the table/booth we were in was all scratched up and pretty old.

Party of 7 on Feb 18th for dinner.Appetizer’s: the bread plate was 4 brioche rolls and 4 slices of a multigrain bread. The multigrain was slightly stale, not worth $14, 4/10.While on the menu, they were out of oysters.Burrata with pears, would recommend, 7/10.Caesar salad was tasty where there was dressing, half of the hearts of romaine were dry, flavor was decent. 6/10.My son said the shrimp scampi was amazing.Sides: mashed potatoes were fine, onions on top were not a crowd pleaser.Carrots with whipped ricotta, very tasty, needed salt, 8/10.Mac and cheese got great reviews.Mushrooms were a fav also.Entree’s: it was reported the rainbow trout was “ok”, would not order again. The table had 2 NY steaks, a10oz, filet and a 12oz waygu ribeye. All but the filet came sliced, which no was was a fan of. All steaks were ordered medium rare. The NY’s were raw in the middle which was disappoint given thinner cuts. The filet was raw in the middle. The ribeye was darn near well on the ends and medium in the middle, very disappointing. Steals were seasoned well, 5/10 on all the steaks.Desserts: Chocolate chip cookie, creme brûlée were great per report.I had the apple cake, doors were very moist and flavorful, others were dry and gritty, 6/10.I was a good meal, but did not justify the near $800 bill. Now that I have had dinner there, I would not go back.Having had breakfast there also, I would say that breakfast is the highlight, skip dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at the Lodge Kitchen. The atmosphere was warm and overlooked the snow covered golf course. The food was delicious and serving size was large. Our server, Sandy, was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location, and service but terrible food.My Cesar salad was inedible, the dressing tasted like old fish. My daughters Mac n cheese was cold. Pretty disappointing food for the price. Our server was super nice and so was our delightful host!

What an exceptional Holiday dinner with the family. We ate at Lodge Kitchen and had Carla as our server- she provided service that was top of the line. Standouts were the dry aged ribeye and traditional caeser salad. Espresso Martini was on par with the meal but the best part of the evening was the ambiance! We also had a lighter meal at The Owl’s Nest and brunch- such a fun vacation- nothing beats Sunriver!

We went for breakfast on December 16th. The ambiance was wonderful, very relaxing, the food was fantastic, but the server made the experience perfect. I'm only sorry I didn't get her name so I could give her proper recognition.I had the Monte Christo, and my friend had the Eggs Benedict.
The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic! Our server, Sandy, was phenomenal and make sure everything was perfect. Throw in the views of Mt. Bachelor and it was a hard to beat brunch experience.

Our family attended the Christmas light show and then came here for dinner. We ordered the trout, the root vegetable hash, whipped potatoes, and chicken and fries for the kids. Everything was good and the dinner felt light and healthy. The root vegetable hash stole the show though and was phenomenal.
