“We heard about Josie’s on social media and were surprised we hadn’t discovered it sooner, considering we visit Sunriver at least once a year—sometimes more. We can be pretty picky when it comes to sandwiches, so finding a spot that meets our expectations isn’t always easy. That said, Josie’s was phenomenal.

One thing that caught me off guard was the sourdough sandwich bread instead of traditional sub bread. I must have missed that detail on the menu, so that’s on me. But honestly? It worked. The sandwich was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor. We kept it simple with a basic veggie option, and even with just a few toppings, it was delicious.

We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying more. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!“
