We were very excited to bring our family of 12 to Sunriver village to take our 7 grandkids ice skating after Thanksgiving. We decided to pop into Goodys after skating to warm up and get hot cocoa. It was very slow at the time and I was able to order our drinks right away which was great. Immediately upon ordering the lady questioned my 12 hot cocoas and very rudely said “ well this is going to take a very long time for us to make and she didn’t look very happy about it ”. I said , it’s ok we really want hot cocoa . She handed it over to 2 other young employees while I was standing right behind them and they proceeded to laugh and I asked them if there was a problem and they clearly have never had a Large order before based on there reaction. The feeling was very tense like we were putting them out, like I was causing a problem for our large order and while they Weren’t set up very well to make large orders of hot chocolate, we still paid for 12 16oz hot cocoa’s And deserved the same treatment as any other paying person. We all waited patiently but we won’t be going back again. The experience was disappointing and as someone that owns a Bed and Breakfast and works in hospitality and attends to very large groups, it’s very important to aways be welcoming and smile and still present in a friendly tone.We always recommend Sunriver village to all our guests staying at our lodge but I won’t be recommending this place for our larger groups.

The person at the counter was very excited about serving ice cream! We got milk shakes, chocolate and cookies and cream. They were fantastic.

Goody’s in Sunriver is a must-visit! We stopped in and had such a great experience. The ice cream was delicious with so many flavors to choose from, and the servings were very generous. The chocolates and candy are also worth trying—everything tasted fresh and made with care.

The staff was super friendly and patient while we looked around, which made the visit even better. The shop itself is clean, welcoming, and has that classic Sunriver charm. Prices are a little on the higher side, but the quality and experience make it well worth it.

Whether you’re looking for a sweet treat after the pool, a fun stop while walking through the village, or something special to take home, Goody’s is a perfect choice. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Sunriver!

A popular spot that often has long lines. The ice cream, particularly the vanilla bean, was slightly too frozen and less sweet than expected. The staff, composed mostly of young team members, appeared diligent and hardworking

Normally this place has long lines going out the door during popular times, so expect waiting time. Ice cream is great and more than a dozen choices, but it is on the expensive side. The people behind the counter work they're rear- ends off and seem very customer caring.

Best ice cream

This ice cream is always the highlight to my day! Me and my family have been guilty of coming 7 nights in a row 😁

We ordered four ice creams, they made two wrong . My wife and daughter took one bite and knew something was wrong. They went back up and basically said our mistake but you are stuck with it. They both threw away their ice cream after just one bite. Customer service was awful. They kept yelling at customers to shut the door with the line going out the door
