We went here with a group of friends after hearing serval good things about it, but what a disappointment. The service was awful, never got offered chips and salsa, drinks were forgotten about, was never offered a high chair for our 13 month old, food didn’t come out at the same time, and when we asked to spilt the check we got an eye roll which shouldn’t be a issue since they were charging us a minimum 20% gratuity. Unfortunately we will never go back.

Just had dinner, which was wonderful. Marco Pollo, which I’ve never had before and I really enjoyed it. Everything was just terrific.

Great dinner! Halibut civchie, and pork mole poblano plate. Chips were warm fresh and crispy, salsa was delicious, and service was great.

Something’s gone wrong—used to be a decent place to eat and group up.Party of eight. We made reservations more than a week in advance and was told there wasn’t availability. Moved to a lunch. A few days before we were called to let us know they were closing for lunch but asked if we would like “dinner” reserves instead. “Huh? Oh ok, yes”.On arrival the server (female) was rushed and unfriendly. She had no patience for inquiries and did not how to make substitutes or understand if someone did not use the exact terms on the menu. The group said the Margaritas which they were known for in the past, had no kick and lacked quality. Unfortunately, the meals were subpar, lacked seasonings and flavor, and the rice bland and sticky. The server seemed annoyed with the fact we ran out of chips n salsa and requested more.Something is misfiring at this location. And the room was not full. Plenty of open tables. Weird with the reservation system to start.

Food was good. Appetizer of nachos hardly had any chips. We were served one basket of chips for a table of six. Pitcher of Margarita not so good. Could not taste any tequilla. When the bill came we were charged for a Super Margarita not a House Margarita. We told the waiter 2X when ordering we wanted the House Margarita. The general attitude was not very welcoming. However when what appeared to be some regulars they were treated very warmly. The prices are overpriced. The river view was nice however we are not in a hurry to return and would not recommend this place.

Overpriced Peruvian/Mexican food but solid and friendly service and damn good margaritas in a milkshake can. Get the Lomo Saltado - super tasty.

Mexican restaurant with a beautiful view of the river. We appreciated the amount of nachos and dips we got as free appetizers, but we weren't too thrilled with the main course.

Hola' nouveau Mexican-Peruvian cuisine in Sunriver was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly. I was particularly impressed by the wide variety of food choices, ranging from Puerto Rican to Mexican cuisine. Every dish I tried was both tasty and flavorful. Even on a busy Thursday when our group arrived, the staff managed everything very efficiently. Overall, it was an impressive dining experience

The food sucked, ordered the beef tacos and it tasted very bland, server was nice and let me try the chicken and pork but they were just as bland but dry this time despite sitting in juices. Bathroom was absolutely filthy and disgusting at the same time. Very good server, not good food. They also charge for extra baskets of chips without telling you until you run out. The server was very accommodating and let me try the chicken and pork after I didn't like the beef, but the food just sucked.

I'm honestly not one to complain but wow.The only thing we enjoyed here was the salsas we got with our chips. Verde chicken enchiladas were awful. The verrry bland shredded chicken was watery and flavorless. The verde sauce had no flavor, and the refried beans on the side were flavorless and watery as well.My husband got the mahi mahi tacos. Again, flavorless and looked like fish sticks.Restaurant seemed dirty as well. Mirrors with window paintings, had spills on them and it was all smeared

I hate to leave negative reviews, but this place is truly awful. I don't recommend this place.Pros- We sat by a window by the river. The salsa verde is delicious.Cons- the rest of the experienceWe waited and waited to order. A man came and asked if we wanted drinks. We said we wanted water and to order food. He left.Another man came to our table and served chips and salsa. I said "I think we're ready to order food." He gruffly said, "If you're hungry, then you should order food," and then he left. Then we waited and waited and waited.Nobody came. We decided to leave, but I thought it would be nice to leave money for the chips and salsa.I had a $20 bill. I always carry a $20, just in case. My friend and I both commented this morning about bringing $20 each for our river tubing day. We actually saw each other's $20, and put them in my wallet.I approached a man that worked there, and asked if I he could make change for my $20. I looked at my $20 before I handed it to him. He was by the till and had other cash there as well. He only gave me $10 back, a $5 and 5 one dollar bills, not $20.I checked the cash he gave me, because it seemed off. He only gave me $10. I said, "Oh. there's a mistake. I gave you a $20."He starts giving me a look, like he was dramatically confused and keeps showing me the $10 on top, but keeping the $20 that I gave him at the bottom. He wouldn't give me my correct change back. $10 doesn't seem like a big deal to most, but for some it is. This place is a SCAM!!!! I've heard of this kind of swindling, but didn't expect it from a waiter in this town. Stay far, far away!!

Just experienced the worst service in all of Central Oregon. Waited 90 minutes for food to go, they would not give us a discount "under any circumstance" because understaffed and we drove 20 minutes back to home and they missed one entire plate for our party of four. Awful.

This place is so cute and fun with a really inviting atmosphere! It’s colorful and the music is wonderful. The service here is absolutely amazing, they truly just want you to have a great experience. Beyond all that the food is hands down some of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted!!!Parking: But they validate parking

We were very disappointed in our food. :( It was veryyyy expensive for how bland it was. It didn’t taste like anything, and the portions were small. The margaritas were good, but not amazing.

Abysmal service. Peruvian dishes interesting, but taco salad lacked guacamole and had barely any chicken. We were seated in a back corner where they seemed to do their best to forget us. We had to send someone to ask that we would like chips and salsa, and refills on our water. The large blackened unidentified non chip in the basket with the broken dregs of a chips bag was unexpected. We had to ask for cutlery when our dishes started arriving. As a large group they added a large tip but did nothing to earn it.
