Just the most incredible experience ever in this restaurant. This was our first time at Marcello’s and we were first greeted by Thad, the owner when we walked in; we were seated right away and the food was absolutely amazing! Every member of the staff was engaged in trying to make the experience great for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Amazing service; amazing food! The calzone I ate was one of the best I’ve ever tasted, can’t wait for my next time at this restaurant!
We stopped into see if we could get some vegan Italian food and were incredibly happy with how helpful staff was to easily sub vegan cheese into our suppers!
We decided to get calzones and they were incredible! It was too much food for me so i ate bout half and saved he rest but I wish I'd had more room!
The ambiance was lovely, very professional staff, excellent and attentive. WIll stop by next time i am close and try a few more menu items!
We ordered the Penne Carbonara, which tasted exactly like Chicken Marsala, minus the chicken. While too sweet, and not what we ordered, the dish was tasty and we enjoyed it. Carbonara is one of the five classic Roman pasta dishes- a few select ingredients and the specific technique make or break the dish.
